Legalization of Marijuana

Marijuana should be legal on the same basis as alcohol; no purchase for those under a certain age. Growing for home use should be legal, but if you want to sell it, you must get a license and there will be inspections and limits on how much THC it can contain. Fines/arrests will be given for driving under the influence or buying for a minor. Medical marijuana should be no different than any other drug; prescribable for any medical issue after research indicates it has a beneficial effect with FDA regulation to guarantee accurate labeling.
